Rym Bouderbala holds a PhD in Management from the University of Rennes 1, France, and is Associate Professor in Strategic Management and Control at the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE) at the University of Manouba, Tunisia. Since 2019, she coordinates a Master's degree in performance management and corporate social responsibility. Affiliate of the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Gestion des Entreprises (LIGUE) since its creation, in February 2023 she was nominated by the scientific council to head it. Her research focuses on management and strategic decision-making at individual or collective level in an organizational or entrepreneurial environment in Tunisia. She also participates in research projects on sustainable development and CSR.
